Connect your Autodesk account

Publishing runs through your own APS application, so the app needs its Client ID and Client Secret. Follow the steps, then sign in.

    Create an APS application

    Create the application at aps.autodesk.com. It gives you the Client ID and Client Secret.

    Add the callback URL

    In your APS application settings, add this callback URL.

    Allow the app in your Forma account

    In Forma Account Admin, open Settings, then Custom Integrations, and add a custom integration with your Client ID. Skip this if your account admin already did it.

    Enter your Client ID and Client Secret

    The secret is stored encrypted and never shown again in full.

    Sign in with Autodesk

    Save your credentials first. Autodesk's sign-in page opens, then brings you back to your projects.

Autodesk shows an error about this app after sign-in? Step 3 probably isn't done for your account yet. Ask your Forma account admin.
